Business Development Director – Code: BDD-HH *Salary: from $2.000 (base salary) + variable bonus on performance * Experience: from 10 years in the same position, prefer relevant experience in service industry especially in health care and treatment services. * Working location: GPO client company - a big international hospital in Dong Da/Hai Ba Trung districts, Hanoi. * Only receive application and CV in English * Job description • Develop and execute marketing strategy • Identify market needs on health care & treatment service to create new package of services • Manage the operations of Marketing Department • Promote and enhance the new image • Launch new services, products to clients and ensure the sales target of the hospital. • Develop and implement a suitable Public Communication Strategy for entire hospital as well as for specific areas. • Look for information of special demand or comments from clients or internal sources to develop hospital services • Seek business opportunity and make sure appropriate opportunities are captured • Maintain good contact with clients through quality tracking and customers’ feedback • Direct supervision on membership program and organization activities • Handle hospital tour when required. * Job requirements • Three to five years experience in Business Development Management with strong record • Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills • Strong leadership and management skills • Strong communication skills (English & Vietnamese.
